Refund & Return Policy
At AR TECH, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been heavily used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
